Rice Noodle Soup

Rice Noodles are usually cooked in a broth (chicken broth, pork bone broth, or beef bone broth); sometimes it is served fried (fried rice noodles).  

There are the skinny thin noodles (more chewy than others), the thick noodles (it looks flat), the rounded long noodles (best served while it's warm).

These noodles are quite nourishing; often served with mushrooms, vegetables, and sour cabbages, occasionally with eggs, flavored meat and seafood.
