Potstickers & Dumplings

Chinese dumpling (also called Jiaozi, Gyoza, Potstickers) is a traditional dish eaten during Chinese New Year's Eve, the evening before Chinese New Year, and special family reunions.  Nowadays, it's becoming a common food at the dinner table.

Besides steamed dumplings, many like boiled dumplings, fried dumplings, and fried dumplings canton-style.
