The Grandmaster Movie

The Grandmaster (2013) is a film which chronicles the life of Wing Chun master, IP Man. The movie is an outstanding mix of director Wong Kar-Wai's poetic use of light, color and music combined with fantastic Kung-fu fights.

It was the opening film at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival in February 2013. Since then, The Grandmaster has been seen by millions, and received nominations at several international film festivals. 

On January 2014, The Grandmaster receives two Oscars Nominations. On February 2014, The Grandmaster receives 14 Hong Kong Film Awards Nominations, and receives 11 Asian Film Awards Nominations. On April 2014, The Grandmaster receives 7 Chinese Hundreds Flowers Popular Film Awards Nominations.
